WANDERERS GENERAL MEETING
OCTOBER 27, 2001
COUNTRY CHOICE RESTAURANT

ATTENDING: Bill Edwards; Mike Calderone; Gary Steinweg; John Q. Lawrence; Rod & Rose Fleming; Kevin & De Gayken; Larry & Pat Sammarco; Quintin Bradley; Pete Minor; Barry Borden; Jim & Evelyn Hotz; Dick "Grumpy" Usested; Jonathan Semer (a brand-new Wanderer---Welcome!)

Called to order by President Bill Edwards at 10:00 A.M.

MINUTES:

A motion was made that the minutes and the treasurer's report be accepted as posted on the website, which seems to be the time-saving option of choice. Motion carried.

TREASURER"S REPORT:

Since Gary was attending in the flesh this time, he gave a brief overview of the available money in our treasury----we don't have any.

OLD BUSINESS:

Because everyone seems to have a different opinion as to style, color, sleeve length, and so on, the discussion regarding tee shirts was postponed. Options will be whittled down to a couple and posted in the near future on the website.

TOY RUN:

A recap of the different department heads progress was passed out. We still need bodies to work at both locations. Also, there were more fliers to be passed out.

NEW BUSINESS:

The attending membership voted to retain the Country Choice as the location for future meetings, and that the time frame will remain the same (every 4th Saturday at 10:00 A.M.), EXCEPT FOR THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER, WHEN IT WILL BE HELD ON THE 17TH SO AS NOT TO CONFLICT WITH THE TOY RUN. Please note that on your calendars.
