Rose Fleming, Secretary Reporting

ATTENDING: Rod & Rose Fleming; P.A. Davis; Leon Smeiska; Ron Growel; Gary Steinweg; Al Sessler; Rebecca Hall; Bill Edwards; Thomas & Bonnie Cassidy; Joe Baker; Dick Useted; John Q. Lawrence; Kent Saxton.

President Rod Fleming called meeting to order at 10:00 AM.

MINUTES: It was moved and seconded that the minutes be approved as posted on the Web site. Motion carried.

TREASURER’S REPORT: There is currently $791.00 in our treasury, with $247.00 being reserved for Toy Run Expenses, leaving an available balance of $544.00. We still have plenty of shoulder patches for sale at $5.00 each. See John Q. or Gary S.

TOY RUN REPORT: Ron Growel gave an update on the committee status.

Pat Sammarco needs 2 or 3 more volunteers to help with registration at South Shores.
PA has been drafted to supervise parking at South Shores. There will be a preliminary meeting Nov. 9, to go over the procedure.
Tera still needs help with parking at the Pauma Casino.
Rose has asked that all Wanderers who attend, to please volunteer at least a few minutes at the Wanderers booth at Pauma Casino. There will be registration duties at that end as well as at South Shores. Tee shirts and pins will also be available at the booth for those who did not want to go all the way to South Shores.

An advisory will be posted at the doors to the casino asking that club patches, colors etc. NOT be displayed within the casino. Please understand that they mean no disrespect by this request. Casino Pauma is going beyond the call of duty to help us make this year’s Toy Run a huge success.

MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES: A written explanation of the guidelines was handed to each member for discussion. The word “application” was substituted for the word “petition”. P.A. moved that the guidelines be approved as amended; John Q. seconded. Motion carried unanimously. (The complete document will be available for viewing on the web site.)

NEW BUSINESS: Larry Sammarco has conveyed an invitation to join the SoCal Cruisers once again for their Christmas Party. It will be held at the same place as last year’s. (It has been customary for us to combine this event with the Long Beach Motorcycle Show.) Watch for details on the web site.

RIDES:
