| perfect day for riding, i know i always pick the perfect days to lead a ride.......no whining from you know who!!!!!!..........ok 7 bikes and 3 trikes left the ranch house for a day of riding with me (dora) leading the way......up 67 to highland valley road which took us to bandy canyon road, which i might add did not look bad from the fires.....down on to highway 78 and a nice ride to bear valley parkway, short stop for DORA , i had to get a throat lozenger for my sore throat, dont know if you all remember but i was getting over strep throat, but i came through for the club.....ok back onto bear valley parkway up to valley center and lilac road and up to couser canyon, i think by far the best canyon ride out there.....remind me to lead a kodak moment ride up there.....couser canyon took us to highway 76 to the fruit and veggie stand for a butt break, porta pottie break.......back onto highway 76 to rice canyon ending up at highway 15.....we crossed over 15 and took old highway 395 south to 76 crossed over 15 again and ended up at pala for gas and lunch.....which we all needed!!!!......after about one hour it was back onto 76 ending the ride at santa ysabel for more goodies and drinks.........thanks to all who rode with me (DORA) that would be.......jerry, larry, dave, joanne, nancy, katie, ken, russ, brian and me..........aprox miles 110......see ya all nest ride............DORA!!!!! |
